Bogard Pascua Engineers, PS is a Minority-Owned Business Enterprise through the City of Seattle WMBE Program.

We partner with owners, architects, contractors, and public agencies to deliver engineering support from concept through construction.

Our principals, Rod Pascua, P.E. and Brian Bode, P.E. have a combined 50+ years’ experience as mechanical engineers. They are supported by a staff consisting of a Fire Protection Engineer, a Designer/CAD Drafter, and an Office Administrator. This team is dedicated to providing high quality service to our clients.

Our engineers are LEED Accredited Professionals. We are licensed to practice in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Hawaii, and are members of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, Inc.)
