Bogard Pascua Engineers, PS is a LEED accredited mechanical consulting engineering firm.

We have over 50 years combined experience in mechanical engineering, with locations in Bellingham and Bothell, Washington and Honolulu, Hawaii. 

 

Our engineers are licensed to practice in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Hawaii, and are proud to be LEED 2.0 Accredited Professionals, and members of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, Inc.).

Our principals, Lee Bogard, P.E. and Rod Pascua, P.E. each have 30+ years’ experience as mechanical engineers. They are supported by a staff consisting of a two Project Managers/Mechanical Engineers, a Designer/CAD Drafter, and an Engineering Technician/Office Administrator. This team is dedicated to providing high quality service to our clients.
